Meet Olivia! She runs a dairy farm with her husband and has two kids.

On her 39th birthday, she signed up for our program and jumped on an onboarding goal. Three and a half years later, she’s down 7 kilograms with a better body composition and is crushing her lifting goals!

While Olivia admits there’s been ups and downs (which are completely normal), she says she’s learned to prioritise. On top of her lifting and body composition goals, she’s said goodbye to acne and is sleeping better than ever before!
