Kitty and Craig are the co-founders of NuStrength and The Win At Life Program designed to help women lose stubborn body fat, build muscle and strength, restore their metabolisms, balance their hormones and feel energised, confident and in control of their health.
Kitty’s journey began with years of struggling through restrictive diets, intense cardio, and constant battles with her body image, leaving her feeling depleted and frustrated. She struggled with irregular, painful periods, broken sleep, digestive issues, low energy, and constant binge eating. Everything changed when she met Emma Sgourakis - The Nutrition coach (Co-Founder with Kitty of Saturée), who introduced her to the principles of pro-metabolic eating, and Craig McDonald Sports Nutritionist and Recomp certified coach, who taught her the power of strength training and body recomposition.
Together, Kitty and Craig developed the RYM Method (Restore Your Metabolism), a unique system that combines pro-metabolic nutrition with strategic strength training and body recomposition.
