Everything changed when she met Emma Sgourakis - The Nutrition coach (Co-Founder with Kitty of Saturée), who introduced her to the principles of pro-metabolic eating, and Craig McDonald Sports Nutritionist and Recomp certified coach, who taught her the power of strength training and body recomposition. Together, Kitty and Craig developed the RYM Method (Restore Your Metabolism), a unique system that combines pro-metabolic nutrition with strategic strength training and body recomposition.
