When Marcelle found us, she was 48 and stuck in a cycle of overtraining, under-eating, and constant pain.

She’d cut carbs. Cut sugar. Lived on almond milk, broccoli, tuna, and green smoothies.

Trained 6 days a week, often fasted.

Barely slept. Binge ate on weekends.
