In this episode I chat with one of our beautiful coaching clients, Lisa, about her journey towards sustainable weight loss and improved health. Lisa shares her experience of being stuck in a cycle of fad diets and quick fixes—from Weight Watchers to Keto and Paleo—and the adverse effects they had on her wellbeing, including mood swings, itchy skin, and poor sleep.
Lisa shares how the program has improved all her symptoms, how her sleep has improved, and the joy of eating real, satisfying foods and no longer getting cravings or falling off the wagon and binge eating. She shares how the structure and support provided by the program and its coaches helped her achieve her results. Lisa's family has also embraced the new way of eating, enjoying meals like steak and potatoes instead of boring bland salads.
Lisa, who has lost 10 kilos so far, gives this advice to other women on the journey: be consistent, seek help when needed, and trust in the program for as it will lead to a happ

After various life-threatening health issues, WinatLife client Rosa found herself in a very depressive state.
Some days, she would sleep all day, unable to get out of bed and just wanting it to all go away.
Then, she came across our program and decided she would give it one more try this was going to be her last attempt to get herself better.
18 weeks into the program, and Rosa is down 2.5 kgs and 31 cm. Her blood clot issues have resolved, and she has no depression days, which is incredible!
