ASSESS YOUR STARTING POINT AND GOALS

You begin by utilising the RYM Method Body Comp Calculator to assess your current body composition and define your desired weight and body composition. From there it works out your maintenance calories taking into account your activity levels and works out your starting calories and macros based on your goals. Craig then reviews this data with any current health issues you have and makes any adjustments so you have a clear plan to reach your goals.

BUILD YOUR CUSTOM MEAL PLAN

Now that you know your macro targets, it's time to build a meal plan tailored to your tastes and that supports your metabolism and hormones. You can choose from pro-metabolic pre-set meal plans or use our pro-metabolic recipes, pro-metabolic food list, and training videos to craft your own. Don't worry if you're not confident in meal planning yet—post your plan in our SLACK #mealplanfeedback channel, and our team will review it as many times as you need until you've nailed it. Plus, our live coaching calls are there to give you extra guidance on making meal planning fit seamlessly into your life.

Whether you can train 2 days or 5, at home or in the gym, we have a program for you. All exercises come with detailed video tutorials, and every workout is fully customisable based on the equipment you have or any physical limitations.
