HOW IT WORKS:

COMPREHENSIVE INTAKE ASSESSMENT

We start with a detailed intake form where we dive into your health history, weight and body composition goals, overall health objectives, and your preferences for training. We'll also consider how many days per week you can train, the duration of your sessions, and any injuries or physical limitations you may have.

EQUIPMENT ASSESSMENT

We get you to record a short video showcasing the equipment available to you, whether it’s in your home or gym. This helps us design a program tailored to the equipment you have access to.

APP SETUP AND INITIAL CHECK-IN

You'll be set up in our NuStrength Tracker App, then you’ll download it and complete an initial check-in ready for your onboarding call.

ONBOARDING CALL

Book your 60-minute onboarding call with your coach. During this session, your coach will:

  •   Assess your current body composition and discuss your desired weight, body fat, health, and strength goals.
  • Customise your macros and calorie targets based on your goals and preferences.
  • Build a personalised meal plan in the app using foods you love from our extensive list, tailored to your preferred meal frequency.
  • Your coach will design a training program specifically for your goals, including cardio if you wish. This gets loaded into the coaching tab in the App where it will tell you exactly what exercises to do, the weights and reps. The first week is a testing week and each week the App will tell you exactly how much weight and how many reps to aim for to beat last week's progress. Each exercise has a detailed video tutorial.

TECHNIQUE FEEDBACK ON YOUR LIFTS

Each week you will load training videos to SLACK (an app we use for video feedback) to receive detailed technique feedback and guidance from your coach. This is crucial for perfecting your technique and making sure you're pushing your sets close to failure.

PROGRESS REVIEWS AND ADJUSTMENTS AND ONGOING SUPPORT

Each week, you'll complete a check-in to track your progress and ensure you're staying on course. Every two weeks, your coach will conduct a comprehensive progress review, making any necessary adjustments based on how your body is responding to the plan

Throughout the 16 weeks, you'll have unlimited access to your coach for questions and guidance via the private messaging feature in the app. Feel free to reach out as often as you need—your coach is here to support you every step of the way.
