About Kitty & Craig

Kitty and Craig are the co-founders of NuStrength and The Win At Life Program designed to help women build muscle, lose body fat, and restore their metabolisms. Kitty's journey began with years of struggling through restrictive diets, intense cardio, and constant battles with her body image, leaving her feeling depleted and stuck in a cycle of frustration. Everything changed when she met Emma Sgourakis - The Nutrition coach (Co-Founder with Kitty of Saturée), who introduced her to the principles of pro-metabolic eating, and Craig McDonald Sports Nutritionist and Recomp certified coach, who taught her the power of strength training and body recomposition.
