#92: Losing 17.5kgs & getting her life back with pro-metabolic eating Emma Churchill

Emma is a busy working mum, with two kids. She is 43 years old and works as a hairdresser, but she’s managed to make the WinAtLife program work for her. It’s been quite incredible what she’s accomplished in just 18 weeks.

Like many women, Emma tried every diet under the sun, spending money on anything and everything. She’s done shake diets, fasting, 1000-calorie diets, and more. Emma says none of it worked for very long and she didn’t particularly enjoy any of it. I’m sure many women can relate to Emma’s stories!
