I remember back in my crazy diet days I cut all sugar, fruit and dairy from my diet and had green veggies at every single meal. I also made my own almond milk, ate a lot of nut butters and mainly consumed polyunsaturated fats. I always felt I was doing the right thing eating what I thought was 'clean' and healthy but I was bloated and constipated, I rarely slept through the night, I had painful and irregular periods, I was tired all the time and my hair was falling out.
So I thought I’d sit down with Keith and look at the impact these so called health foods have our on digestion, hormones and thyroid health.
