A common thing I see with women when they join our programs is that they come in and they have all the tools, education and support they need but then they self-sabotage. It’s not that they don’t know what to do or they don’t have the support they need. It’s just for whatever reason, they just don’t do it. So, I wanted to have Carol on the podcast to talk about how our beliefs can sabotage our behaviour, and what you can do about it.
Carol is actually a client of ours, and she’s become a friend. She contributes a lot to our community and is a psychotherapist, so she knows a lot about this topic.
