#72: Debunking common preconception and pregnancy myths with Loren & Brit

A few months ago I sat down with Loren and Brit creators of Conscious conception - the ultimate guide to prepping for pregnancy.

I’ve actually had a lot of messages asking me about whether I'm still trying to conceive so I I’m planning to sit down and record a solo podcast in the next few weeks with an big update. It's been a very interesting 12 months, it’s been super challenging and it's probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.

So if you’ve been wondering where I'm at look out for that podcast I’ll release it in the next few weeks.

When Brit and Loren released their course I was lucky enough to be one of a handful of people to go through it before it before it was released and I was so impressed.

I often get asked questions about what to eat and how to train not only while preparing for pregnancy but also while pregnant so I thought it would be a great opportunity to get them on to discuss preparing for pregnancy and to debunk some common pregnancy and preconception myths.

I’ve actually had Loren on the podcast to talk about anemia and iron overload so if you haven't listened to that one I highly recommend you do. Brit was actually pregnant during the recording of this podcast and she's now had a beautiful girl named Maya rose.
