Stress is a normal part of life and there are many things we can do to build our stress resilience.
We work long hours, train hard and recently have had a pretty hectic social life poor @iamcraigmcondald, he's not an extrovert like I am and doesn't enjoy socialising as much as I do!
In this podcast Craig and I chat about how stress affects us, what symptoms we experience, how we know we've been pushing too hard and what changes we need to make to bring ourselves back into balance.
