We have one of our awesome clients, Amanda Batchelor, on the podcast this time around! Amanda is 49 years old, has two jobs, and two teenage kids.

When she first joined the program, she was doing a lot of stuff. She was into Crossfit, doing strict keto, fasting, and previously did triathlons. But all of this led to Amanda ending up in a bad emotional state and hormonal issues. Today, Amanda is walking an entirely different path.
