Teresa is truly a genuine and beautiful human — inside and out! She works with a lot of women who have had sickness and trauma, as well as women who are struggling to love their body.
The truth is you can want to change your body and you can love your body, all at the same time. We get a lot of women in our program who struggle with this, especially those that come into the program and gain weight. It can be really tough to wrap your mind and thoughts around.
