To say | was a serial yo-yo dieter is an understatement! I’ve been overweight most of my life, yo-yoing from around the age of 15, up until 42 (when | started the Win at Life Program). And | am not exaggerating when | say I have tried almost EVERY diet under the sun - pills, shakes, blood-type, low calorie, pre-prepared meals, points system, keto, low carb / high fat, no sugar, one meal a day, soup diet, intermittent fasting, 12 week challenges, thermogenics and even prescription drugs.

It was a vicious cycle - from the initial success of getting results, to realizing it just wasn’t easy or sustainable, to putting the weight back on, to feeling like an absolute failure, only to start it all again with the next miracle diet!

When | stumbled across Kitty and the Win at Life Program, | wasn’t completely convinced initially - | saw all these foods high in sugar & carbs and | scoffed, thinking | knew better! (Clearly forgetting about the 27 years of yo-yoing)!

Thankfully, | got rid of the ego and decided to unlearn what | thought | knew and to be open to a new way. And hand-on-heart | am so very happy | did. Since starting I’ve learned so much about nutrition and lifting (I'd never lifted weights before).

I'm eating 6 meals a day and feel fully satiated - no longer do | binge eat, | don’t feel like | am controlled by food anymore, | poop every day (ongoing struggle for as long as | can remember), | have a pain-free period, | sleep amazingly well, my hair, skin & nails are stronger, | have more energy, | feel stronger, both mentally and physically, I’ve lost weight & CM’s (and gained muscles | didn't even know existed and can feel bones I’ve never felt before)!

I never realized | had any health ‘issues’ other than being overweight, because | thought these things ‘were just ‘normal - but they’re nat!

Anyone with menstrual issues | just want to tell you that following this way will improve your issues dramatically. It might take some time but my word it is worth it. | come from a history of using the mirena, depo injection and pcos. | started on the injection when | was about 16 or 17 as | had such a horrific menstrual cycle. | would bleed for 3 months straight then nothing for 4 months then 2 months then another 4 months with nothing. | would be bed bound at times in so much pain, my moods were all over the place, my abdomen and lower back would feel like | was being stabbed and it made me miserable. With the depo | didn't get periods for about 10 years. | also at one point had the mirena but that also came with it's own issues. | went off the depo injection at the start of 2018 and finally got a period back in January 2019 after 2 months of doing the WAL program. It was all over the place for the first 4 or 5 months until | starting getting 1500 to 2500mg of calcium per day and was eating over 27100 calories. Now it comes and goes like clock work and | have no pms issues.

Today my period arrived. The only reason | knew it was coming was that | had it marked on the calendar as it's due day. Not one symptom. | am so grateful to have found Kitty Blomfield and this way. Life-changing. Thank you xx
