Our Gym

You won't find any cardio equipment in our gym. What you will find is 10 squat racks, a leg press, hack squat, smith machine, lat pull down, cable row, T-Bar row, leg extension, lying leg curl, glute ham raise, seated calf raise, cable cross over, deadlift platform, powerbars, deadlift bar and variation bars, dumbells and weight plates.

With swipe access from 4am to 10pm, 7 days per week. Unlike a commercial gym there are always plenty of racks and bars so you will never be waiting for equipment. It's a small gym where the coaches and other members are friendly and approachable. Every quarter the coaches run a free strength test for all members.

We also run our WinAtLife two day lifting/mindset events from the gym.

We have 4 coaches who work 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 with clients to teach them about nutrition and strength training. You can also go into the gym and do a once-off strength coaching session with these coaches to help with your technique.

Private 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 or group coaching sessions can be organised by private application only.
